Personal training packages

Packages are valid for the amount for 4,12 and 16 weeks respectively

All sessions lasts for 60 minutes and include a warm-up, workout and a cooling-down.

Prices are excluding VAT (btw). VAT is 21% for personal training inside and outside of the gym.

Small group training

It is ideal for 3-4 people who would like to train together while getting specific and personalized support and attention of the trainer .

60 minute session

Each session includes a warm-up, main part of the workout and a cooling-down. I incorporate a variety of strength, cardio and balance exercises in the workouts and bring new movements every week.
