I am a health enthusiast with an MSC in Health Sciences. I have a passion for sport, healthy lifestyle and people. As a Health coach my goal is to help you integrate sports and a healthy lifestyle into your life, so that you can feel in balance, energized and in control. I use behavior change techniques to guide you through the process and to help you create healthy habits by making small and easy changes.
